What's the deal with the about /c/anime?

Hi. I'm a lurker on this chamber, and I just heard that this sub is in a rough spot. I looked at the sidebar and I see an "About" page and it has nothing on it but "calm, no screaming". What's the deal with that? I've been here for a while and it's been like that for a while. I'm just curious.
