App to provide summary of your browsing history across all devices you’re logged in to

An app that tells you all the websites you have visited across all your devices and logins. If you have 10 tabs open across 2 devices, it should be able to show you what those 10 tabs are. I’d be useful to people who switch between their personal and work devices. I’d be interested to see how this can be implemented technically.
