Thus far, I found:

Let's begin by quoting the allege 'masonic' and mysterious 'monument' that was erected in the town of Elberton, Georgia on March 22, 1980. The monolith is ringed by four standing stones which are inscribed in eight different world languages with the following 10 "Commandments" of the New Age. They are also translated into four ancient languages, including Egyptian heiroglyphics, on the four sides of the 'capstone':

1. Maintain humanity under 500 million in perpetual balance with nature.

2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

10. Be not most people - be your own worthy self.

And on the 'capstone' are the following 5 precepts written in five different world languages:

1. Let these be Guidestones to an Age of Reason

(English)
2. Laissiez ces Maximes d'un Âge de Raison - French (Translation: Let these maxims be those of an age of reason)
3. Seien esese die Leitsprüche für ein Zeitalter der Vernunft - German
4. Sea este guía de una edad de la Razón - Spanish (Translation: May these be the guides of an age of reason)
5. Que estas Máximas sejam guias de uma era da Razão - Portuguese (Translation: May these maxims be guides for an age of reason)
