[32] [M] Looking for a job in IT. Up to 10k to spend on education. What would be best bang for my buck?

I have spent a few months searching for a job in my old field. I’m finding it impossible to get back in. I’m thinking of going into IT. I have no knowledge in this field except home user. I have up to 10k to spend on education. What would be best bang for my buck? Most programs I’m seeing require a bachelors or associates degree. Is this overkill for an entry level position? What would be best bang for my buck?
