Oil is getting cheaper because of this bullshit war.

So I live in Eastern Europe. My country barely produces any oil. We buy it from other countries so we have to pay for it. <br><br>Now, since the war started the oil prices skyrocketed because there is less oil that Russia is producing and exporting and then the USA and EU announced the price cap on Russian oil ( Fuck you <br><br><br>So they started to overload ships with oil from the UAE and Iraq to ship it to Europe so it wont have to pay extra and to not make the economy collapse. They did this while breaking so many laws and even losing some ships in the process of doing so. <br><br>And now that the oil is getting cheaper, people in my country are celebrating and thanking the government for doing so. <br><br>I really hate the fact that they are doing this. Russia is not doing anything to me. I am not Russian, English is my second language. I have no allegiance to either of the sides. The leaders of this world are morons that do what they want and we are powerless so do anything about it. They sent the troops, they forced the war on us and it is making me sick. <br><br>I just can't believe that the war is so important to the world leaders. I don't get why they are doing this to make oil more expensive for our economies. It's just a waste of money and resources. <br><br>But I would appreciate it if you also tell me why do you think they doing this. Or am I wrong and is there something that I am missing?
