Last week I made a batch of chicken and rice, and it was amazing. The leftovers were easy to throw together for meals for the week, but I really love pasta.

This week, I did it with pasta.

I used one pound of pasta, four chicken breasts, a bag of marinara, and a bag of mixed veggies.

I cooked the pasta until it was al dente and set it aside.

I cooked the chicken, mixed veggies, and marinara in the pot until the veggies were soft, and that was it.

This week, I woke up and had a serving of pasta for breakfast.

My recipe for making pasta fast is pretty simple: boil water, put pasta in it, boil until it’s done. Then, I zap it in the microwave.

I had to eat quickly before work, so it was a perfect meal.

I had a serving of pasta left over with one of the chicken breasts and the veggies from the pot. It was so good.

After work, I had a serving of pasta, a chicken breast, and a serving of leftovers from last night.

I couldn’t eat the last serving fast enough. The noodles had been sitting for a couple of days, so I knew they wouldn’t store for a couple more days.

This thing about making a big batch of pasta and passing it off as meal prep quickly isn’t true. Cooked pasta has a short shelf life, and if you want to eat a meal prep meal with pasta, you have to cook the noodles every day.

If you want to meal prep pasta, cook the noodles daily and please don’t tell me that cooking noodles takes a long time. It doesn’t.

The only thing that takes a long time is keeping the noodles from being mushy. That takes a lot of effort.

So I do it the easy way: I boil them until they’re done and that’s it. I don’t care about mushy noodles.

I like to eat fast, and I like to eat easy.

It’s not the fanciest meal prep, but it works.

I’m definitely going to do it again.

Chambers, this is my first time posting on this sub. If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Feel free to message me on chambers if you have any questions. I can’t reply to comments on this post.

Bye for now.
