A federal judge has temporarily blocked the government from paying out any reward money to those who turn in Twitter whistleblower “Zatko.”<br><br>The Department of Homeland Security is offering $5 million for information leading to the arrest of a former Twitter executive who went on the run after he blew the whistle against the company.
