React - An app that lets you react to your notifications rather than just read them.

So I don’t know if this already exists but there should be an app that allows you to add your notifications to it and decide whether you are “upvoting” or “downvoting” a notification. The idea is that the app learns your behavior and knows what type of notifications you react positively or negatively to in order to filter them out for you. I have a bunch of apps that show notifications that I don’t want but I don’t want to have notifications turned off for the app entirely. I think this could be really useful for some people. Any thoughts?<br><br><br>Edit: like a combination of the notification shade and reddit.
