GPT-4, the model that made ChatGPT 3.5 possible, is back

GPT-4 is back and ChatGPT 3.5 and GPT-4 Turbo are available. While many of us still prefer GPT-4 Turbo, we also now have the option to switch to either ChatGPT 3.5 or GPT-4 Turbo within the ChatGPT interface, giving us more flexibility.
