TL;DR- I am going to be in heat (how do I keep the other mares from attacking me?) and I have 2 bred mares, how do I decide who they should be bred to and timing.

So I am really new to breeding and breeding stock mares is an adventure. I have a bunch of "ran through a bunch of stallions" mares that I am going to breed to get a better idea of their genetics. This is so that I can breed them to the best possible match for them. The problem is, I had a 28 day bred, and I just got a mare that is 3 day bred. I have no idea which stallion she is bred to, and the 28 day bred mare, I am not sure if she is bred or not (I get an ultrasound on Saturday).

Anyways, they are both pretty chill mares, but I am not a very chill mare. I have been attacking them because I'm in heat. I have heard (false?) that I am more likely to get bred because I am more active. Also, I am not sure if I am bred or not, I am scheduled for an ultrasound on Saturday. So my questions are:

Am I more likely to be bred if I am acting like a bitch?

How do I decide which stallion is best for each mare? I have 4 stallions to choose from and I do not want to re breed to the same stallion as the "may or may not be bred" mare.

How do you not get your ass kicked when you are a mare in heat?
