Atheists are the only ones who believe in complete free will. Theists believe your choices are always constrained by the laws of the deity.

Theists have a problem here. On the one hand they want to argue humans have complete free will, but on the other they have to answer to the fact that free will isn't complete because even with free will, there are rules you must live by. Which means you aren't truly free to choose.

You can't disobey the laws of the gods and still be considered to have free will. If you choose to disobey, you aren't acting with free will, you're acting without free will because you're acting against your own best interests. If you don't obey the laws of the gods, you'll be punished. Therefore you aren't truly free.

From my perspective as an atheist, it looks like we are the only ones who believe in true free will, because we have no rules to follow and no deities to disobey.
