Would you have sex with another person to genetically test reproductive health?

This idea is something I've had in my mind for a while. If I really wanted to see if I'm genetically extinct, then I'd have sex with someone I think is genetically valuable to see if it's successful. Because if it's not, it's not really an inconvenience for either of us, as we likely would've been wasting our time dating to begin with. If you also get the idea that reproduction is the only real way to test for your reproductive health, then I think this is something that should be well-known.
