Turkey burgers

Hey everyone just looking for some tips and recommendations. My wife and I are trying to eat healthier and start cooking at home and wanted to make some turkey burgers. We had a hard time making them moist and delicious, had to hold them together with toothpicks while cooking them. So any suggestions for the best seasonings? <br><br>EDIT: I used frozen burgers lol <br><br>EDIT2:Thanks for the help everyone! I'll defiantly be using some of your suggestions!
