It’s simple, every night I write down my top three things I do the next day, and put it on my bedside table. Everytime I get up at night to go to the bathroom, I glance at it. It’s in my head, and by the time I wake up and have breakfast it’s all I think about, and when I get to my desk I immediately start. <br><br>Having only three things forces me to prioritise “What are the most important things I can do to help my cause?” <br>And because they’re right there, it’s not hard for anyone to not write three things down before bed.
