Easy fuckin' 20 minute workout

I do this 3 times a week. Today I did it while watching myself in the mirror, which was kind of motivational since I normally just sit on the floor and do it in front of the computer.<br><br>You can watch this little training video with animations and shit here, but I'll also describe how it works:<br><br>- Burpees: 8-10 times<br><br>Workout:<br><br>- 3 sets, each set consists of 7-10 burpees, followed by squats, followed by mountain climbers.<br><br>- Burpees between sets: 4-6 times<br><br>- Squats/burpees between sets: 16-20 times<br><br>- Mountain climbers: 20-30 times<br><br>- Squats: 32-40 times<br><br>If you have injuries or you can't do some exercises, maybe you can substitute them for something else.<br><br>In one hour I can usually do 70-90 burpees, depending on how much time I take between sets and how long my breaks are. A few years ago I tried 100 in an hour as a one-off, when I was maybe in better shape or on a sugar rush, but that's way harder than it sounds.
