I'm so frustrated

I am a native English speaker, and I've been trying to learn Korean for about 6 months now. I've been listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, reading books, listening to Korean music, and watching Korean dramas. Someone suggested I start with Hangul, and I did. But for some reason I still find it so difficult. I have a hard time with the pronunciation and the grammar also confuses me a bit. I've got so many questions that's why I'm coming here for help.
