OpenAI took me to small claims court!

Many times the computer sends me to small-claims court, it's like opening a box of chocolates. You never know what kind of court you're gonna get.

However this time I am taking OpenAI to court!

The retrieval algorithm decided to run my query through a 10,000 character response limit. This meant I got 50 characters of response from my query.

I then went to the route of least resistance, the [email protected] email. My issue is not with the amount, I have had no trouble with being refunded for services that failed in the past, but I am in a developing country and $2 is a lot more here than $2 in the US.

The email sent me to a suggestion page, with a response saying,"Thank you for using OpenAI."

What? No. Thank you for my $2 of junk.

I moved on to the next route, the assistant chat within the application. I told it what had happened and it gave me a human customer assistant. Kind. Kinda stupid. I asked why did I get a 50 character response out of my 7500 characters daily limit? Why it said that when I had paid for the right to 6000 characters a day? She told me that some requests would get reduced characters and no refund. But if I went to my openai page at the end of the month it would be subtracted from my next payment.

I asked her if she is a bot or a persion. She said she was a person, so I told her the math does not make sense. 6000 is more than 7500...

The human customer assistant went away and I was left with the standard retrieval algorithm.

I asked again, what is the explanation? Why do I get 50 characters for my request?

It gave me a 3500 character response. The response was a lot of words. The response was very repetitive. I read all 3500 characters three times. I couldn't find any answer. But I got my characters. And I will let it take me to court.

I am okay on the stand. I have no problem talking and I don't get anxious. And it's nice for the AI to be judged by humans.
