Anyone else find it really weird that he is in court on election day?

To clarify, this is USA. <br><br>I know there is a lot of money on both sides of politics but when I saw the news that Trump is in court on election day I found it really suspicious. I feel like someone or a group of people want Biden to win so badly that they are trying to get millions of Republican voters to stay home.<br><br>I am not a republican or democrat at all, I am more of a libertarian with some socialist leanings. I don't think Trump is anywhere near as bad as he is made out to be but isn't this just backfiring for Democrats if Republicans are staying home? <br><br>I don't know what's real anymore.
