I have a feeling that there's a top shelf pharma grade dead drug out there

A drug that is no longer produced, available ,or popular that is much stronger than anything available today. A drug that most people can't even buy anymore, and not even take it recreationally, but it's like a once a year wonder drug that people can only dream about now. Especially in the age of run of the mill, cheap stimulants and fillers that come in every pill and powder these days.
