I am a software engineer in a big tech company and work on kernel. I consistently get high performance and high potential labels at work and my performance is always good, however I don’t like this feeling that I get like I am not doing enough, I can do more. I want to be a high achiever at work

I am 27 years and joined this company 6 months ago

I work close to 8 hours a day without any distractions and do what I am supposed to do

Please let me know what I need to do to be a high achiever- how can I make an impact? What I can do more? How should I track my progress??
