If you were an architect for the next colony on Mars, what would you build?

I imagine it would be an entire city that is self maintained and powered. It would be built beneath a large transparent dome that would allow sunlight to enter from the top. There would be a large "green" area in the middle for agriculture and tree production (since the trees would help to produce oxygen naturally). I imagine the architecture of the buildings would look futuristic. There would be what looks like a giant circle on the floor in the middle of the green area. This circle would be the airlock into the underground levels where the living quarters would be. To the left and right of the green area would be the solar panels. Then of course the rest of the colony would be for commercial businesses for living on a planet. This would all be on one of Mars moons of course so there would be a lot of transportation required to move everything on to it, but I think it would be worth it.
