Mine is definitely individual stir-fries. I batch cook meat, rice, marinara sauce, and veggies, all on different sheets and in different containers. I also cook a couple of types of noodles.

After everything is cooked, I grab a handful of everything - rice, noodles, veggies, and meat, and plop it into a container with a little sauce. Then I put it in the fridge to eat over the next few days.

From there, it's just a microwave and a fork away. I also take them with me when I'm running errands or think I'll be hungry. My favorite dish is usually the "leftover" stir fry, where I dump all of the leftovers in the pan with some oil and cook it together like pad thai.

I did this all of Thanksgiving break, and it was great. I didn't have to cook anything in between studying and doing my final projects. I'm already planning on doing it next semester.

What's your favorite "cheat"?
