What would be the most terrifying thing to hear in your sleep?

I've been hearing extremely terrifying sounds in my sleep, like howl's, voices, and footsteps, and I use to sleep walk a little so I would get up and walk around my house thinking I was awake until I started hearing my own voice and realised I was sleep walking and my voices was the terrifying voice I've been hearing in my sleep this whole time.
