How are people this blind

Every "solution" is a band-aid. Every "solution" is a sentimental placebo. The truth is, no one cares that you are ugly. People are more concerned about their lack of empathy than their lack of attraction for you. People will pretend to be your friend just to feel good about themselves. Most people couldn't care less if you live or die. And the worst part is, you will never know the truth. You will never know how ugly you are. No one will ever dare tell you. And you will die, alone and miserable, never once having known the truth, but somehow still knowing it deep down inside.
