My [22f] boyfriend [28m] thinks I’m hiding things from him when I’m not.

So I (22f) am on a trip with my boyfriend (28m) this week, and he is really insecure about something. He thinks I’m hiding my phone from him. Now, I am not. I didn’t do anything, and he knows my passcode to my lock screen. He’s accusing me of using a secondary lock for my apps. I had to show him over and over I’m not. He keeps accusing me of hiding things from him and I’ve done nothing. I know it’s probably because he’s a private person and keeps his phone locked down. But I am not. I’m not hiding anything. He keeps bringing it up and saying I’m acting strange and he can tell something is wrong. I just don’t know what to do to make him believe me. I’m not hiding anything. What do I do? He just won’t let it go and it’s ruining our trip. I feel like I’m overreacting saying I want to break up bc of this. But I don’t even want to be around him. This is so out of character for him. He’s usually not so paranoid and accusatory.
