Apple is in discussions to invest $1 billion in a deal that would give the tech giant exclusive access to OpenAI’s ChatGPT model and other AI tools.<br><br>Apple had previously tried to cut a deal with OpenAI for exclusive access to its technology in 2022, but those talks didn't produce an agreement.<br><br>Other investors in the funding round include Tiger Global and Silver Lake, the report said. OpenAI raised $1 billion from the fund manager in May in a deal that valued the company at $16 billion.
