Just saw a dead guy behind a dumpster

I work in mental health and today was a long day. It was about 5:30 at the moment we were getting a patient back in the psych ward, and I had to sign off on giving him some medication. I had to go out to the front to meet him there, and I noticed a guy on the ground, behind the dumpster at the entrance to the hospital. There was blood coming out of his and his shoelaces were on his neck. It didn’t look like an accident, but I don’t know how he died or anything. I had to tell one of my coworkers, and they called security. Nothing like that happens where I work, so I’m shocked to see that.
