I have to argue. I meal prep family sized tubs of slaw (purple cabbage, carrot, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper) and tell people to eat it with "whatever they want." Not sure why I word it that way but anyway.

I made a batch that was sloppily made but I didn't care. I did it anyway and mixed it in these family sized tubs and put them in oil.

That was 6 months ago. I have 4 of them. I eat it probably 3 times a week with whatever I want. I'm in the process of making more. I can tell it's not going to last as well as this batch. I literally don't know what I did differently. It's literally almost fermented. Its like "sour slaw" compressed in these tubs.

I eat my slaw with pizza, soup, fried chicken, ramen, and I have even put it on burgers (not sure about the burger one). I don't care about how weird it is I eat it with so many things. But I love it. It's nice knowing that I'll never have to buy a bag of slaw because these tubs last forever.

So again, what's the craziest thing you ever meal prepped?
