I cook all my meals in my small(ish) NYC kitchen and I think I'm on the verge of insanity

Hey everyone. I'm just a Brooklynite who was fortunate enough to have an apartment with a somewhat reasonable kitchen, who cooked and ate whatever I wanted as long as I could.

This was all messed up when my job went remote March 1 due to COVID, and now I find myself cooking every.single.meal in this kitchen. Now, I'm mid-twenties, with decent health and I'm not a picky eater, but for some reason all my favourite foods are not foods I truly enjoy eating every time.

The small kitchen doesn't have an awful lot of storage, a lot of counter space and although this is by no means a problem faced solely by myself, it's really freaking me out. I love cooking and now i don't.

The only foods I've found I don't get tired of are sausages, pasta, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and lentils. I'm getting really tired of this meal rotation and the constant arguments with myself of "oh, it's fine to eat the pizza" only to eat the pizza and hate myself for it.

Stuff like rice, curry, omelette, fried chicken and meatballs I really like, but only if I eat them once a week or every 12 days.

I know this may seem like a privileged problem to have, but when you're in your 20s and all the social pubs/bars/clubs and movie theaters are shut down, where else are you gonna get a bite to eat? I'm starting to really miss the Chipotle I eat twice a week and the food from the local Chinese place. It just feels like i'm constantly cooking and eating and never want to because I wish I was still able to go out to eat and have food that i didn't have to slave away for.

Has anyone else got any tips on meals that don't get tired of eating everyday? I would really like to know.

Apologies if this is a bit lengthy, again, I know this is a privileged problem to have and it's not as difficult as what a lot of people are facing, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

TL;DR: I've been cooking all my meals while working remotely and I'm starting to drive myself crazy. Love all foods, but struggle to find ones that I can eat every day. Anyone have advice?

EDIT: I appreciate all the responses and I apologize if I didn't respond to yours. I appreciate everyone's advice/responses. It's just that there are a lot of responses and I recently started college again so I don't have a lot of time to respond to everyone. Thank you for all the tips. I will consider them all and I'm sorry if I didn't respond to yours personally.
