Is it possible to have a medieval world with modern day technology that is still medieval?

As you can imagine, this is for a fantasy story. I want a medieval world but I want to have access to modern technology, but fantasy-wise, I don't want it to be noticeable. For example, if I have a medieval hospital, it would have a modern ambulance, *but the ambulance would be pulled by horses or an animal*.<br><br>So what are you thoughts? Can you help me think of other ways of incorporating modern technology into medieval society without destroying the feeling or getting too similar to steam punk?
