Is there a way to get rid of procrastination?

Hey everyone. I'm a junior in high school and I always find myself giving up on my schoolwork when I can't find the motivation. I usually start very strong, but at some point, I just give up and procrastinate. I know that I can't procrastinate forever, but can someone help me on how to get rid of procrastination?
