The most helpless feeling ever

I am a young witch and I’ve been noticing a lot of injustice in my country and I want to do something about it but I’m still young and literally powerless to stop it. It’s such a hopeless feeling knowing that I am just a tiny grain of sand and that I have very little power to change anything. I’ve been researching dolls as well and I did find a spell for a calm and peaceful government but I’m not sure if it’s real and if it would work or not.
