Trust fund babies

Hello all! I’m currently involved in a small venture as a medium term project to make some money. My co workers are all trust fund babies that don’t want to work for their fathers business or be a doctor so they don’t really know what they’re doing. They are all nice but I found that I’m doing most the work since they don’t know what they’re doing, whereas I’m a veteran of this industry. I’m getting paid hourly but I’m wondering if I should go for royalties, bonus or whatever. They’re also asking me for my opinion on all of their decisions and to be honest I’m not sure if they would’ve done this if it was a man. I’m a woman FYI. What do I do? TIA for any advice!
