I am a middle school English teacher and I want to hear your thoughts on English outside of America.

I've been teaching English for 3 years and I love it. I have the exact same students from 6th-8th grade and I see them daily for an hour each day. However, I want to know your thoughts on English being the primary language for everyone around the world and how it effects you and those around you. I can already see a large difference in their fluency from the beginning of 6th grade to now. <br><br>I am completely open to negative comments about the spread of English or anything else you'd like to mention. I'm excited to hear your thoughts and opinions. Your comments will hopefully influence how I teach English and I will use your feedback in the classroom with my students. *This is not a post against any other language, just a curious educator trying to improve*
