The whole “20 minutes” is ridiculous

I left my laptop on while I was just getting a snack, and chatgpt is now locked down. Why? Why the hell do they care that much? Why do I have to prove I’m not a robot every few minutes? It’s infuriating. Every time I try to do something that actually requires some time to write it locks me out.
