I had no idea anyone could quit their job without a plan and get away with it

Yesterday I watched the video "Why the World Anesthetizes You" on YouTube by CGP Grey. I’ve watched him before, but this one caught my attention. I loved the idea of an up side down Christmas tree. As I was watching, I noticed the “making of” video had more views than the main video. The main video had 3 million views, but the making of video had 8 million views, so I watched it. That’s when I discovered that he quit his job as a history teacher without a plan. He said he had always dreamed of being a professor but when he got the chance, he realized he didn’t like it. He also quit without a plan and started making these YouTube videos. He now has 7 million followers and a career out of making videos.<br><br>This morning I’ve been reading the comments of people who have quit their jobs because of his video. <br><br>I have no idea how to feel about this. I’m glad he’s doing well, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought you needed a plan to just quit your job. <br><br>I’d love to hear more stories if anyone here has a similar story. This is the first time I’ve heard of someone just quitting without a plan.
