Urgh, horrible meal prep

Hey all, I have been having terrible luck with my meal prep every week. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’ve seen all of the “meal prep don’ts” - but nothing seems to be working. I have no problem eating the same food for five days straight, the issue I’m having is that my meal prep is so gross. The food is unappetizing and mushy. For example, my rice is purple, my chicken is super watery, my veggies are mushy. I’ve even tried to change my recipes, but nothing seems to work. I’m so tired of eating out and I want to not hate the food I’m eating. If anyone has some good advice I would super appreciate it.
