CMV: Many of the people I see on r/offmychest are miserable and cruel and their thoughts are of little value

Hi, it's been a while since I've posted anything. <br><br>I used to have a bit of a problem with 'dark' or 'shocking' content. <br><br>By that I mean it was a bit like a car crash. You stop to look if you see a car crash. <br><br>I used to think it was interesting to read about the 'darkest thoughts' of others. <br><br>I used to think that I'd find interesting perspectives. <br><br>I used to think that I might even find some comfort in it. <br><br>I'm not sure that I ever did. <br><br>Or that anyone else ever does. <br><br>I never found anything of value on r/offmychest. <br><br>Usually it's just people who have nothing to offer and want to hurt others. <br><br>It's a bad mind set to have, but I think the people who have nothing good to say have nothing to say. <br><br>If their thoughts or perspectives have no value then I'm not sure what the point of it is. <br><br>I'm not sure that it can be argued that it's found anywhere.
