Will a job-to-job transfer (with a 1 month gap in between) break my 401k vesting period?

I am in a bit of a tight spot and wondering what my best course of action is. I currently work for a contractor and it's not a good situation. I've been looking to leave for a while and just got another job offer, but I'm a bit worried about losing my current 401k matching. I've been with my current employer for 2 years and have 3 years to vest my 401k matching. I'd really like to start my new job, but if it's going to make me lose this 401k matching, then I'd probably stay at my current job for another year, because that's a lot of money in my eyes.<br><br>So basically, will taking this job offer and leaving my current job for a month break my vesting period?
