The consistent theme among high paying jobs is education and difficult to acquire skills.

You should not earn senior level pay for a job where someone can be taught in a short period of time. You should not have senior level benefits for a job that requires minimal training and education.

Here’s the problem. Companies want to lure people in with senior level pay but entry level benefits. The job requires zero skills and training (when compared to traditional senior level roles) and you can be fired at any moment and replaced by a newer, brighter model.
