My Cat is Overwhelmed and So am I

My cat Luna is a sweetheart. She purrs at a 12, answers when talking to her, snuggles, head butts, and kneads. <br><br>Today, I realized my neighbors are terrible neighbors. We live in apartments so I hear them from most sides. Normally it is just yucky sex noises and loud music. But today it sounded like a fight. Luna went from sleeping to hear wide eyed and panting wildly. Loud voices, slamming doors, yelling, crying. A few days ago, something similar happened above us. I started investing in earplugs and white noise machines. I have white noise apps on my phone. I do what I can. But I want to help Luna.<br><br>How’s your fur babies? Do you have any suggestions for a cat with anxiety?<br><br>I want to sit and hug her but I think she likes the white noise better.
