Not sure how the infiltrators got on the border fence

The Israeli military takes a lot of measures to keep our borders safe. They are always on watch. Most of the infiltrators happen on Friday nights due to Shabbat. I’ve heard they do it on purpose because they know the Israeli military has the weekend off. I’m not sure how true this is though.
