I'm not sure if I'm actually doing this but I'm considering breeding something.

I'm not sure if I'm just having fun with the idea but I'm considering breeding a species. Since I'm a reptile enthusiast, I'm looking to breed Pogona vitticeps (bearded dragons) and I'm curious as to if this is something I could do. I know that I've heard of people doing this before and I think it would be really cool to get into this. I know that I'll need two dragons to breed and have to sex them first then do whatever else is needed to get the eggs and incubate them but I'm curious if I should get an incubator or just let the mother do it. I'm not sure if this is something that I should do as I know that only some of the dragons will actually survive. I'm also not sure if I'll be giving them to people or selling them because the idea of selling them for profit doesn't sit well with me. I know I'll need a permit for some reason but I'm not sure what it is or how to get it. I'm also curious if the laws surrounding breeding vary from city to city, state to state, or if it's just the same everywhere in America. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
