My brother is an incel, I am his only friend

I just found out my brother was a true believer. I had wondered why he started referring to his medical condition as a way to explain why he was single. He then started to use the term "thirst" to describe all his problems with women.

In the end it got to the point where he was calling women stupid because they would not start dating him. His problem is that he is autistic. Not like every fucking celebrity is autistic, but like actually autistic. His IQ is low enough that he has been declared disabled, and his only friends are me and a few people he met through his care home who he meets only irregularly.

Just so you know, I am female and have had no trouble finding a partner, I am not very good looking but physically capable and have good intelligence.

He is chronically ill, unable to do school or work because of it, he lives in a single room and we were the only ones to buy him new clothes and electronics. He has not had a job since leaving school years ago and has not been in a relationship ever, nor even gone on a single date. But even with all this he still is an "incel" and believes he is entitled to a partner even though he literally has nothing to offer.

I have been trying to push him away further and further, after he used the word "thirst" in such a disgusting way. He has been repeatedly begging me to let him come and stay with us, but I have refused. Once I was angry enough to tell him to stop calling me, I felt so sick and disgusted when he used the term "thirst" to describe his issues with women. How would I want to be friends with someone who thinks like that?

But in the end I called him and he was sobbing, he said that without me he would literally have nobody at all, and that I was the only person he had left. I still do not want to be friends with him, but it is hard to turn him away after that.
