A few days ago I started hearing a strange noise after sunset. I can only describe it as someone who whistles a strange note where the sound rises and then ends with a sudden stop.<br><br>Well, last night I was walking with my dogs. There was a police car looking at me. I don't know if they were looking at me or at something else. I carry a flashlight, so I went out of my way to light it and look in the direction of the police car. And to my surprise, a light similar to the one from my flashlight appeared where I was shining it.<br><br>I couldn't believe it. I kept shining the light in different directions and the light kept appearing in the same place looking at the police car.<br><br>I don't know what kind of technology this is. I know where I live and I know that the police is monitoring my neighborhood because there's been a lot of robberies and a lot of people are afraid.
