I am so fucking sick of the hate, gaslighting, etc. Started doing my own research, got some new info, my boyfriend hates my new world view

I am researching conspiracy stuff because I've always been skeptical about mainstream stuff. I got out of the USA after my boyfriend's political views became too much for me, now I am ready to be more open about my world views. I am not sure though, because he will attack me, say I am deluded, or misunderstand my researching conspiracy stuff as me being an active believer in it. I want to defend conspiracy theories but not by being one-sided and blindly spreading information. I am not sure how to approach this and am feeling crazy anxious about it.<br><br>Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
