What do you give the man who already has everything?

An old man walks into a pub, sits at the bar, and orders a beer. This is no ordinary man though; on his jacket is a small diamond that glitters in the light, it’s a symbol that he is the richest man in the world. Out of curiosity a man approaches him, and asks him how he became as rich as he was. The old man replied by saying that when he was young, he had made a deal with the Devil. The old man said that he had been a poor boy, and was walking by a river when he met the Devil. When the Devil asked him what he wanted most in life the old man said he didn’t care as long as it was enough to not have to worry about money ever again. He said the Devil put a hand on his shoulder and disappeared. Later in his life after he graduated college and got his first job, he received a strange package in the mail. He opened it to find a small box with a note that read: “Buy low, sell high.” When he opened the box he saw that it was full of Apple stocks. Confused, but not one to turn down easy wealth, he sold the stocks when they were at their highest value, and used the resulting money to invest in Google before anyone knew how big it would get. He said he was showered with these boxes, each one full of the next big thing. He said as a result he will never have to work again, or worry about money. Then, he paused, and said “But I have no family, no friends, no one to call my own. I sit here alone at the bar, an old man with enough wealth to buy a small island nation, but not a penny to spend on love.” He then finished his beer, and walked out the door. The man approached the bartender, and asked “What do you give the man who already has everything?” The bartender replied “Nothing. Pay for his beer.”
