Is anyone else having kids apply to high school and be rejected AGAIN this year? This is asinine to me

Last year I had 4 kids apply, interview, get accepted to a private high school and then at the last minute have their seats taken by kids from a more affluent private grammar school. This year I have 6 kids apply and interview. 4 of them have been rejected so far. I know the kids from that other school have already been accepted. <br><br>It feels gross when I am supposed to be an employee of the private Catholic system as a whole, but this one school will reject my poor inner city kids who have worked hard for years to get to this point to attend high school with their friends.
