So many things are finally coming to a head

So I’m a developer and I’ve been seeing what GPT is doing in terms of code gen and how good it’s become. My life’s work is being transformed into a commodity before my very eyes. <br><br>There’s no longer any reason to hire me as an independent developer. Why pay me several thousand per month when I can just have a 25 GPT subscription and do it myself? <br><br>And the funny thing is… the best part is that I don’t necessarily have an issue with this. I’m an ethical person, and I get why this is necessary. <br><br>I just feel so bad for anyone who will be displaced. No one is safe. <br><br>But I’m also excited for the future. I don’t have to spend my time doing what I’m doing now. I get to explore the world and other possibilities of what I can develop. The automation of human work is already in motion.
