Do I (F18) need to stop breeding ?

I (F18) am extremely passionate about breeding. I have been successfully breeding since I was 15, I have healthy animals coming out and I have been breeding two species. Before I started breeding I did a lot of research into breeding and I researched extensively to make sure I knew what I was doing. I make sure both the female and male are healthy before I start a breeding cycle and I care for the babies as well. I also only breed the female once a year. However I recently read an article that said I should stop breeding at age 25 and then I read another article that said you should stop breeding at age 30. I am worried that because I am “too young” I need to stop breeding. Do I need to stop breeding at a certain age or can I keep breeding as long as I want to ?
